Designed by Church Lukas Architects and on behalf of Omni Developments, this HMO / student accommodation building in Nottingham has seven x four-storey student ‘town houses’. Offering open plan living and shared facilities but also private en-suites. Set in beautiful fresh and inspiring surroundings in Castle Boulevard, Nottingham. Height and Building Regulations required a means of escape.
Ultrasafe Sprinkler Solution:
The nature of the building required a residential fire sprinkler system to provide 24 hour 365 days of fire safety for our future generations, whilst offering them the freedom of design and property stock investment. As a solution Ultrasafe designed, installed and commissioned a pump and tank fed fire sprinkler system to BS 9251:2005.
