Maternity Cover Service Administrator (with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate as the company and role develops)

Location: Thorne
Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday)
Salary: £22,308 per year.

Role Description
• To provide excellent levels of customer support and service to both our Clients and Service Engineers.
• Scheduling engineer’s diaries, processing customers orders, managing and scheduling repairs. Assisting new and existing clients with their Fire Sprinkler system maintenance.
• Focused on excellent accuracy and detail.
• Full on-site training will be given.

Duties

• High level of customer service via email and the phone.
• Customer database management.
• Invoicing.
• Scheduling both Clients and Engineers.
• Job sheet checking and logging.
• Parts ordering.

Requirements

• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Punctual
