Ultrasafe secures contract with United House

Open plan accommodation and design trade off’s within the development required fire sprinklers.

All good things come to those who wait and in this case the wait has been long, but we are delighted to announce our latest contract with United House Construction Swanley on the Grange walk, Bermondsey project.

The project has seen many re-designs and setbacks but after over a year of working with the architects and United House our engineers are due to start on site this month.

The co-operation and assistance of United House staff has been priceless and very much appreciated by our sprinkler design team. With strong key members from the United House teams in Estimating, the QS and the project manager keeping an open communication, we have been able to take part in this worthwhile and vital regeneration plan of South East London.

Nottinghill Housing Association will soon have a collection of fire sprinkler protected properties to add to their portfolio.
